HOA Board President - Nikki Mitson
Nikki Mitson and her husband Ozzie purchased their home in Arthur Heights in late 2023. Together, they have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. Nikki is the Literacy Coordinator for Northwest Allen County Schools, and has been the Board President since the inception of the board in December of 2025. Her goal is to have open communication, and to establish a firm foundation so that the HOA can function seamlessly for years to come.
Board Treasurer - Madison Davis
Madison is a Business Analyst at OmniSource, a subsidiary of Steel Dynamics, Inc., where she supports strategic business initiatives through data analytics, forecasting, and operational planning. In her role, she oversees projections and reporting tied to large-scale projects and process improvements, helping drive informed decision-making across multiple areas of business. She earned dual degrees in Advertising and Biology from Indiana University Bloomington before continuing her education at University of Saint Francis where she obtained her Master's Degree in Marketing Analytics. Her educational backgroud has allowed her to combine creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking throughout her professional career. Outside of work, she is an avid runner, lacrosse coach, and proud dog mom. She and her fiancé enjoy traveling, cooking, and exploring new places together whenever they have the opportunity.
Board Secretary - Nate Smith
Architectural Control - Mary Messmann
Mary Messmann has been a registered nurse for 32 years, and currently works as the manager for Parkview sleep medicine. She grew up in Southwest Allen County and built her forever home in Arthur Heights in 2025. She has an orange cat named Raisin who is the real owner of the house! Mary enjoys gardening, reading books and cooking. She loves all things fall, and is currently start a small business.
